British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and Charles, Prince of Wales brushed elbows at the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting this week. The meeting was held in Kigali, Rwanda and came on the heels of some tense disagreement from the two figures surrounding immigration policies. Prince Charles arrived at the summit with his wife, Duchess Camilla of Cornwall, who wore a gorgeous patterned dress. Carrie Johnson, the wife of the Prime Minister, accompanied her husband to the talks donning a bright yellow, summer-y getup. Both leaders spoke at the bi-annual summit, which is Prince Charles first since taking over its stewardship from his mother, Queen Elizabeth.
